Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Nationtank Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
