Terms of Use for Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use nationtank.garden and the services Nationtank Septic offers through it. By browsing the site, phoning the number shown on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Does Nationtank Septic Actually Do?

Nationtank Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Who Are the Providers?

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them, and we promise nothing about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Is This Professional Advice?

No. The content here is general information only. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What Do We Expect From You?

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

How May You Be Contacted?

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing reasons. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@nationtank.garden.

Who Owns the Content?

The words and design of this site belong to Nationtank Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

What Are the Limits of Our Liability?

As far as the law allows, Nationtank Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Can These Terms Change?

Yes, we may update them at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
